Returns

Perishable Goods: We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, including beer and soft drinks in bottles, cans, or kegs. Once dispatched, these items are non-returnable due to safety and quality control regulations.

Opened or Used Items: Any beverage that has been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned.

Kegs: We do not accept returns on kegs once they have been delivered, except in cases of damage during transit.
